Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Items must have been purchased at full price—discounted items and purchases made with promo codes are non-refundable.
✅ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all original packaging.
✅ Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Once your refund request is approved, you must return the item to our designated address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
