VitaNova offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) that you agree to use and participate in under these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). By opting in or participating in this Program, you accept and agree to these terms, including the agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as outlined in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.

This Agreement applies exclusively to our Mobile Messaging Program and does not modify any other Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy governing your interactions with VitaNova in other contexts.

1. Program Participation

By joining our Program, you agree to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages, including:

4. Age Requirements

5. User Representations & Warranties

✅ Will comply with all applicable regulations related to mobile messaging.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Program.
